CINEMATIC WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER BASED IN BOSTON & NEW ENGLAND.
I'm a wedding and couples photographer from East Boston specializing in moody and cinematic storytelling. My photography journey began over a decade ago when I first moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting. While I spent seven years in front of the camera, a deeper passion was taking hold: the need to be behind it. I discovered an innate love for documenting moments everywhere I went, realizing my truest calling was to capture stories, not just live in them.
I initially started with travel photography, embarking on solo journeys to places like Iceland, Scotland, and the PNW, where I fell in love with the dramatic and moody landscapes. That same longing for timeless atmosphere eventually led me to New England, where I felt my soul belonged. Here, I found the most meaningful way to blend that artistic aesthetic with human connection, combining art, people, and storytelling in the most meaningful way I could imagine: shooting weddings.
When I’m not photographing, you’ll likely find me on the tennis court, at a coffee shop reading a fantasy novel with an Iced Vanilla Latte (I know super basic), or watching 80s/90s films aka the peak of cinema.
For me, photography is more than just capturing images, it’s about emotion, atmosphere, and truth. My style draws from nature, cinema, and a love for all things dark and moody. Whether it’s a quiet couple session at your favorite park or a lively celebration surrounded by loved ones, my goal is to tell your story in a way that feels raw, cinematic, and authentically yours.

My Approach...
From a young age, I knew I saw the world differently...Naturally, I'm an observer and very curious about human nature. I've always been a sort of wallflower, watching and studying others. My natural curiosity about the world helped me gain a deep understanding of humans and how they behave. I truly believe this hyper awareness of my environment has helped developed my career as a photographer.
My biggest inspiration is of course: humans.
How they behave, how they interact, how they express emotion (or don't). I love psycho-analyzing people. I spent most of my 20s as a professional actor, studying characters and truly getting to understand all sorts of ideologies. Film is also a huge inspiration for me. Not only through character study, but visual storytelling and how an image can convey emotion. Combining my love for cinema and human nature, I've been able to channel that into wedding documentary storytelling.
I approach each of my couples with the same care and deep curiosity.
For me, it's not just about photographing a wedding; it's about truly understanding who you are and how I can translate that into a cinematic visual narrative. My goal? To capture the essence of who you are as a couple, your story and the authentic emotions that you feel on your special day.
I want your day to not only look like a cinematic film, but to FEEL like one too. From the beginning to the very end.
I approach every wedding with a careful eye; seeking natural light where I can and leaning into what the day provides, embracing not only light but shadow as well. Observing the colors, composition, lines, textures...Combining all of these visual elements to create timeless, emotion-driven images that authentically reflect the moment.
I document the day with a blend of a candid and documentary approach with a bit of direction when needed. I want the moments to naturally unfold so that the final images will truly reflect you as a couple and how the day felt.

I’m a huge fantasy nerd: Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, The Wheel of Time, Mistborn, the list goes on.

I love traveling to old, historical places. I’ve gone on many solo trips to places like Scotland, England, and Iceland. If there’s a castle or an old church, I’ll be there. You can see some of my travel content HERE.

I spent 8 years acting on camera for various projects ranging from CBS sitcoms, network dramas, and several national commercials. I got to work with James Burrows aka the King of Comedy Television (creator of Cheers, Friends, Fraiser) and he told me that I was “really funny”. I will take that to my grave.

I discovered my love for films from my Grandma. She had a massive VHS library of every movie you could imagine. I would spend every other weekend at her house watching anything and everything from old Jackie Chan movies to Harry Potter.

I wrote, directed, and produced my first ever short film in 2024 called Fire and Fury, a dark comedy coming-of-age. It took me over 5 years to gain the courage to make it. I cast my best friend as the lead and it’s one of my biggest personal accomplishments in my life.

I have over 10 small tattoos that I got in a span of 2 years. I had to stop for a while cuz that’s actually crazy.

I have played every Pokemon game that’s been released. My favorites are Togetic and Dragonair.

Some of my favorite books: The Mistborn Series, The Da Vinci Code, and Dracula.

I consume an inhuman amount of coffee and basically live at coffee shops. My home is just for sleeping.

I’m a quarter Japanese and grew up around a Buddhist family. My biggest dream is to visit Japan and meet my extended family that I’ve never known.
